Between two mountain ranges
Booneville sits in the Petit Jean River valley, with the Ouachita Mountains to the south and the Ozarks off to the north. It is one of the two county seats of Logan County, and a lot of the land around it is pasture, poultry and cattle country.
That makes for a different kind of floor work. Along with home garages, we coat shop buildings, equipment sheds and the concrete pads that farm work depends on.
Valley weather
Summers are hot and humid. Winters are damp, with an ice storm now and then. Spring rains can be heavy. In a valley, moisture tends to hang around, and older slabs often stay damp at the edges. We check for that before choosing a primer.
In town
The older homes near downtown and along the streets off Main and Broadway often have narrow garages, carports and slabs with decades of cracks and paint. Grinding, crack repair and the right coating bring them back.
What we offer
For garages, ground-in epoxy is the standard, often with a chip broadcast, or polyaspartic if you want it done in a day. For barns and shops, our heavy-duty commercial systems hold up to tractors and steel. We also do metallic floors, polished concrete, coating repairs and outdoor sealing.
A word about farm floors
A shop floor that sees manure, mud, diesel and wash water needs a coating that does not mind getting hosed down every day. We add texture so it is not slick, and we choose top coats that handle fuel and cleaning chemicals.
Who we serve
Booneville, Magazine, Blue Mountain and the farms in between.
Can you coat a floor that gets washed down daily?
Yes. Texture and a chemical-resistant top make that work.
Do you come out to farms?
Yes. Just tell us what power is at the building.
